Beyond the UAE

Many families I work with keep homes in more than one country. The UAE is where I am licensed and where I handle the purchase myself. For other markets, I introduce you to the local Christie's International Real Estate affiliate and stay in the conversation if you want me to.

Singapore

Residence and family office

Families usually look at Singapore for residence and a family office rather than property. Foreign buyers pay 60% Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty on residential property, so the first question is usually residence, not property.
