Who we are
This is the independent professional website of Dean Lan, Associate Director at Christie's International Real Estate Dubai. Questions about this policy go to dean@ciredubai.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the forms: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number if given, country, interests, budget range, timeline, and any message. We also record the page language you used. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To reply to your inquiry, provide download links for the guides you asked for, send the market notes you signed up for, and prepare for a consultation. We don't use it for anything else.
Who processes it
Form submissions are handled by Netlify (Netlify Forms), which hosts this site. If you sign up for guides or notes, your name and email are passed to our email provider to send the market notes. Both act on our behalf and do not own your data.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to work with you, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it.
We don't sell it
We never sell, rent, or trade your details. We share them only with the service providers above, or with a licensed professional or Christie's International Real Estate affiliate when you ask for an introduction.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your details, or unsubscribe from emails at any time. Write to dean@ciredubai.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We handle personal data in line with the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other laws that apply to you.

We may update this policy. The date below shows the latest version.
